Wij hebben een geweldige ervaring gehad met Margot tijdens onze zoektocht naar een woning in Álora. Wat een traject is het geweest… We hebben behoorlijk wat uitdagingen meegemaakt: een woning die letterlijk onder onze neus werd verkocht, huizen met bijzondere en soms lastige eigenaren, en bij de aankoop van onze huidige woning liep ook niet alles soepel. Zo taxeerde de taxateur het verkeerde huis, lieten verschillende partijen enorm op zich wachten en wilde de verkoper bij de overdracht aanvankelijk de sleutels niet afgeven – geholpen door een behoorlijk eigenwijze advocaat. Maar door dit alles heen was Margot een constante factor. Zij heeft zich vanaf dag één enorm voor ons ingezet. Ze heeft continu achter alles en iedereen aangezeten, bleef bellen, doorvragen en druk zetten waar nodig. Daarnaast was ze altijd bereikbaar, betrokken en oprecht meelevend met onze situatie. Zelfs toen wij in het begin nog onzeker waren over hoe dit proces te starten, dacht ze actief met ons mee en gaf ze ons vertrouwen. Haar inzet, geduld en doorzettingsvermogen hebben er uiteindelijk voor gezorgd dat alles toch goed is gekomen. Kortom: Margot is een absolute topper. We kunnen haar van harte aanbevelen aan iedereen die in Spanje – regio Malaga/Marbella op zoek is naar een woning en begeleiding wil van iemand die echt voor je gaat.

Lieve Margot , Wat hebben wij een super fijne ervaring met jou met de aankoop van ons mooie en prachtige appartement in Benahavis . Je hebt ons super goed begeleid , en zelfs na de aankoop sta je nog steeds voor ons klaar met alle hulp die je maar wensen kan !!! We hadden geen betere aankoopmakelaar kunnen wensen !! We were introduced by our daughter who was already in contact with Margot in search of a house. Margot has helped us throughout the whole process. Not only finding us the perfect finca, but also helping us in other matters we encountered in Spain. Her drive and motivation  to find our dream place is inspiring. Seeking my new place in Marbella was a real challenge. Until I met Margot. She simply said- we will find your place! And after one week she found the spot, I was seeking for so long. Margot heeft ons als aankoopmakelaar adequaat begeleid bij de aankoop van een appartement. Kenmerkend voor Margot is dat zij betrokken is en  geen 9 tot 5 mentaliteit heeft. Wij zijn zeer tevreden over Margot en haar team. We waren op zoek naar ons droom appartement in Spanje. Margot is enthousiast en adequaat. Mailt regelmatig voorselectie door.  Ze is met ons 2 dagen mee op pad gegaan, waarbij wij ons droom appartement gevonden hebben.  Ze pakt meteen door zodat we op het einde van de week het gekocht hebben. Vervolgens hebben we het compleet laten verbouwen naar onze smaak, daar kwam Eric om de hoek kijken.  Hij heeft een uitbreide kennis van zaken,  en stuurt lokaal de mensen aan.  Ze werken met goede timmerman en aannemer samen. Heel regelmatig krijgen we updates over de voortgang. Dus wij zijn zeer tevreden over Margot en het team van Sparkling Home Marbella. Mensen die eerlijk en oprecht zijn en hard lopen voor hun klanten.
